The SpeakerPhone Jeweller is a voice module designed for fast alarm audio verification using direct voice calls between a monitoring company and a protected site. The device provides clear and secure full-duplex voice communication using the patented VoRF1 audio transmission protocol and AI technologies. In the event of an alarm, an alarm receiving centre (ARC) operator can immediately contact the facility to speak to someone on the premises or listen to what is happening. The operator assesses the situation and takes appropriate action, only when the threat is real. In addition, operators can use the SpeakerPhone Jeweller to deter intruders or react to urgent help requests.

The SpeakerPhone Jeweller is a quick and easy way to maintain contact with the protected facility, prevent false dispatches and protect the peace of mind of users. In the event of an alarm, an ARC operator immediately calls the facility to verify the situation. They can request a code, ask a control question or listen to background noise. In the event of a verified intrusion, the ARC operator can deter burglars to help minimise damage. The SpeakerPhone Jeweller can also be used in medical centres and seniors' homes to enable direct communication with those in need of immediate assistance.

A security system supports up to ten SpeakerPhone Jeweller3 devices. If only one hands-free speaker is installed in the facility, it is activated following any alarm on site. In the case of large facilities with multiple hands-free speakers in the system, the devices will be activated only when detectors in the same room or security group are triggered. The ARC operator can also switch between multiple hands-free speakers in the system to better assess the situation in the facility.

The SpeakerPhone Jeweller is equipped with a powerful speaker to ensure that no call from the monitoring company goes unnoticed. The speaker produces a volume of up to 103 dB, enough for the sound to be heard from any corner of the room. People on site will be aware of every call from the security company and intruders will know they are being watched. Adjust the speakerphone to the environment by selecting one of three volume modes in an Ajax app.

The Jeweller SpeakerPhone is equipped with an AI microphone and deep learning technologies to ensure crystal-clear voice transmission even over long distances and in noisy environments. The microphone suppresses extraneous noises and automatically adjusts the sensitivity, allowing the person speaking to be heard up to 10 meters away. The feature can be managed remotely using an Ajax app. Enable AI sound optimization to hear a person in a noisy environment. Disable the feature if users on site do not respond – this helps to hear the environment and check the situation.

Communication via the VoRF protocol does not affect the operation of the Jeweller technology. However, while a conversation is in progress, the Wings communication technology is not available.
